750 million people around the world suffer from vision loss due to uncorrected refractive errors.
We want to change that.
We are a team of engineers, scientists, and problem solvers working to address the global vision crisis. Over 750 million people worldwide suffer from uncorrected refractive errors which can result in blindness and equate to hundreds of billions of dollars in lost annual global productivity. We believe that innovation can drive more accessible vision care for everyone. In February of 2015, we launched the world’s first smartphone based wavefront autorefractor, SVOne, to combat this global challenge. To date, the SVOne is used in over 300 eye clinics across the United States and in 23 countries. Today, the team continues to create industry-changing technology to reinvent the future of vision care.
